Information for filmpro with ten upskill lab participants

The venue for these labs is 

Brixton House, 385 Coldharbour Ln, London SW9 8GL.
If this venue has meant that you will now be changing your preference for attending online to in person or vice versa, please let me know. 

Now that our venue of Brixton House is confirmed, I thought I would share some more information for those of you who are planning on attending in person.

Access 

Brixton House has a level entrance and we will be in Studio 7 which is accessible from one of two lifts in the foyer. The space has large windows with natural light and lights that can be dimmed. There is a disabled toilet nearby and a quiet space.

Directions

The address is Brixton House, 385 Coldharbour Ln, London SW9 8GL.

Transport 

The nearest tube is Brixton (5 min walk)  and the nearest train station is Brixton (5 min walk). If you need assistance getting from the station let me know and we will see what we can do.

Like the participants of these labs, the lab leaders are also disabled people, as we recognise the need for marginalised people to learn from people with lived experience. 

No specialist equipment is required for these labs, but a smartphone is required for the creative labs. If you need us to provide you with a smartphone, let me know as soon as you can. We encourage you to bring your own laptop or tablet if that is something that you find useful.  

At the end of this 6 week programme we are holding a public event (currently scheduled for autumn) where we will be showcasing the work you create as part of these labs.
